Frequently Asked Questions

Does ClientNow process credit cards online?
The standard package does not include credit card or EFT processing, however we are able to integrate Square or PayPal into your system upon request.
Where is my company data stored?
Your company's data will be stored securley on our servers and backed up on a nightly basis. We do not (and will never) share or sell your information with anyone.
What happens if I decide to cancel?
If for any reason you decide to cancel your account we will provide you with your client list in a (.csv) excel file upon request. All other information is safely removed from our database.
Is there a discount if I pay annually?
The ClientNow system typically costs $100 per month to host and store your data on the internet. If you prefer to pay annually we do give you a $200 discount and only charge $1,000 per year.
What if I do not see a feature I want? Can you add it?
ClientNow is fully customizable, any feature you would like to add we will find a solution for you. Our developers will work hard to make ClientNow what you need it to be so that your business can succeed.
